Sales and service coodinator/dispatcher

Position description

Our services are essential and help improve people's quality of life through the prevention and control of harmful organisms such as rodents and insects.

Our clientele is diverse and stable and you will be part of the sales and service planning team.

Each of our interventions is a project for which you will be responsible for planning, communicating appropriate information and involving the people involved.

Mission

Sell, schedule and organise pest management services.

Responsibilities

• Receive calls and emails from customers and handle them
• Understand the needs of our customers and explain our services in order to sell them
• Make calls to confirm appointments or follow up with customers who have received offers
• Make appointments
• Organize intervention lists
• Support our technicians on the road
• Simplify the lives of our technicians by creating efficient routes for them
• Document and update our clients' files
• Stay up to date with your knowledge of pest management

Requirements

• French and English, spoken and written
• 3 years of customer service experience
• Good knowledge and proficiency with the main IT tools (Windows, Outlook, CRM, Internet)
• Good knowledge of Montreal and surrounding areas
• Experience in logistics or distribution
